Europe & International Delivery
DPD Classic 5 Day Delivery – £29.99
For international and European orders, please contact us before ordering. All deliveries are sent via DPD. Customers are responsible for any customs charges incurred. Delivery charges are non-refundable if returned due to failed delivery, and a new delivery charge applies if reattempted.
Returns
Extended Christmas Returns
Items purchased from 8th November qualify for our extended Christmas returns. Please return items by 5th January for a full refund or exchange.
Standard Returns

To return an item, fill out the form included in your parcel or download one from our website. Items must be:

In a re-sellable condition
Refunds are usually processed the same day we receive the item, but may take 3–5 working days during busy periods.
Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return postage.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the product is faulty.

Faulty items will be sent to the manufacturer for inspection. A full refund will be issued if deemed faulty.
Footwear Returns

Must be returned in the original box and undamaged.
