These terms explain how we sell products on our website www.revolvermenswear.co.uk. They work together with our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Acceptable Use Policy.
1.2 Why you should read them
These terms apply to every order you place with us. They tell you: who we are, how we deliver products, what happens if there’s a problem, and how to make changes or cancel. Before you order, you’ll need to agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, unfortunately you won’t be able to place an order.

3. How Our Contract Works
3.1 Ordering online
Our website guides you step by step. You can check and correct your order before submitting.
3.2 Ordering by phone
Call 01302 710 710 and we’ll help you place your order.
3.3 Order acceptance
We’ll email you to confirm we received your order. The contract is only formed when we send a dispatch confirmation email.
3.4 If we can’t accept your order
If a product is out of stock, the price is wrong, or we can’t meet your delivery date, we’ll let you know and refund you in full.
3.5 Order numbers
We’ll give you an order number. Please quote it if you contact us.
3.6 Where we deliver
We deliver to the UK and international destinations listed on our delivery page. Some products may have restrictions abroad.
3.7 Import duties & taxes
International orders may have extra duties or taxes. You’re responsible for these costs.
3.8 Follow local laws
You must obey local laws for international orders. We aren’t responsible if you don’t.
3.9–3.10 Age rules (Consumers only)
You must be 18+ to order. Some products have higher age limits—please don’t order if you’re underage.
3.11–3.14 (Businesses only)
If you’re ordering for a business, you confirm you have authority to do so. These terms, together with our other policies, are the full agreement between us.

All sizes, weights, and measurements are approximate.

Product packaging may differ from images.

If you provide measurements, make sure they’re correct.
5. Your Right to Make Changes
Want to change your order? Contact us. We’ll tell you if it’s possible, any cost difference, and the new delivery details before you confirm.

6.1 Updating these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Check the date at the top of this page.
6.2 Terms at time of order
The version of these terms in effect when you order applies to that order.
6.3 & 6.4 Changes to terms/products
We’ll notify you of any major changes. If you’re not happy, you can cancel and get a refund. Minor updates (e.g., technical adjustments or legal updates) won’t affect your use.
7. Delivering Products
7.1 Delivery costs

7.2 When we deliver
We aim to deliver as soon as possible. Consumers will receive products within 30 days unless we agree otherwise.
7.3 Delays beyond our control
We’re not responsible for events outside our control (e.g., strikes, extreme weather, transport issues). Consumers may cancel if delays are substantial.
7.4–7.6 Collection & missed delivery
If you collect products, do so during business hours. If a delivery fails, we’ll leave a note. If you don’t rearrange, we may charge storage/delivery fees.
7.7–7.9 Consumer rights for late delivery
You may cancel or set a new delivery deadline if we’re late.
7.10 Responsibility
You’re responsible for the product once delivered or collected.
7.11 Ownership
You own the product after full payment.
7.12–7.15 Missing info / suspension / non-payment
If you don’t provide required info, we may pause or cancel your order. We can also suspend supply for non-payment, technical issues, or updates.
8. Ending the Contract (Consumers Only)
8.1 General
Your rights depend on whether the product is faulty, misdescribed, or you just change your mind.
8.2 Ending due to our action
You can end the contract immediately if we make an error, suspend supply >7 days, or delay substantially.
8.3–8.5 Changing your mind
For most products, you can cancel within 14 days. Some items (personalised, perishable, unsealed health/hygiene products, software, or mixed goods) cannot be returned.
8.6 Ending when we’re not at fault
You can still cancel, but we may deduct a fair amount for costs incurred.

9.2 Return products
Return in person or post. We can provide labels or arrange collection.
9.3–9.4 Costs
We cover return costs if faulty or misdescribed. Otherwise, you pay unless we collect.
9.6 Refund adjustments
We may reduce refunds for products handled unusually or for premium delivery choices.
9.7 Refund timing
We’ll refund within 14 days of receiving returned goods or your notice.
10. Our Rights to End the Contract
We may end the contract if you don’t pay, don’t provide required info, refuse delivery, or block access. We may deduct reasonable costs.

11.2–11.3 Consumer rights summary
Goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. You may have:

11.4–11.8 Business warranty
Goods delivered must match descriptions, be defect-free, and of satisfactory quality. We’ll repair, replace, or refund if warranted. Not covered if damage is caused by misuse, alteration, or fair wear & tear.
12. Price & Payment
12.1–12.3 Price & VAT
Prices include VAT. Changes in VAT between order and delivery are applied.
12.4 Pricing errors
If we make an obvious pricing error, we’ll contact you before accepting your order.
12.5 Payment methods
Credit/debit card, PayPal, Amazon Pay. Pay before dispatch.
12.6 Late payment
Interest at 4% above Bank of England base may apply.
12.7 Invoice errors
Contact us promptly—we won’t charge interest until resolved.
13. Consumer Liability
We’re liable for foreseeable loss due to our mistakes, but not for business losses or misuse.
14. Business Liability
Limited to internal use. We’re not liable for indirect, business, or financial losses. Total liability capped at product price.

17.2 You can’t transfer without consent
Guarantees may be transferred to new product owners.
17.3 Third-party rights
No one else can enforce this contract.
17.4 Severability
If part is invalid, the rest remains effective.
17.5 Delays don’t waive rights
Delaying action doesn’t mean we give up rights.
