1. Paying for Your Order
We make it simple to pay for your order. You can use:

You’ll need to pay in full before we dispatch your order. If you pay by card before we’ve accepted your order, and we cannot process it for any reason, we’ll refund the full amount, including delivery costs, as quickly as possible.
2. Keeping Your Payments Safe
Your security is important to us. We use trusted, secure payment systems to protect your card and personal information. This means your payment details are encrypted and handled safely by our payment providers, so we never see your full card number.
3. Changes in Payment or VAT

If VAT rates change between when you place your order and when we deliver, we’ll adjust your payment accordingly (unless you’ve already paid in full).

If we discover a pricing error before accepting your order, we’ll contact you to confirm how you’d like to proceed. If the error is obvious and you could reasonably have noticed it, we may cancel the order and refund you.
4. Late Payments
If a payment is overdue, we may charge interest at 4% per year above the Bank of England base rate, calculated daily. Don’t worry—if you think there’s a mistake on your invoice, contact us and we won’t charge interest until we’ve sorted it out.
5. Fraud Prevention
We take fraud seriously. If we suspect suspicious activity on your account or payment, we may contact you to verify details before processing your order. This helps protect both you and us.
6. Your Responsibility
Make sure your payment details are correct when you place your order. You’re responsible for any problems caused by incorrect information.
