Europe & International Delivery

DPD Classic 5 Day Delivery – £29.99
For international and European orders, please contact us before ordering. All deliveries are sent via DPD. Customers are responsible for any customs charges incurred. Delivery charges are non-refundable if returned due to failed delivery, and a new delivery charge applies if reattempted.

Returns

Extended Christmas Returns
Items purchased from 8th November qualify for our extended Christmas returns. Please return items by 5th January for a full refund or exchange.

Standard Returns

• Refunds: Within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Exchanges: Within 28 days.

To return an item, fill out the form included in your parcel or download one from our website. Items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed

• With all original tags

• In a re-sellable condition

Refunds are usually processed the same day we receive the item, but may take 3–5 working days during busy periods.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return postage.

• Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the product is faulty.

• Faulty items will be sent to the manufacturer for inspection. A full refund will be issued if deemed faulty.

Footwear Returns

• Must be returned in the original box and undamaged.

• Footwear returned without the original box will only be accepted if faulty.

In-Store Purchases

• Refunds are not available.

• Exchanges or store credit may be provided, excluding altered or custom-ordered items.

Underwear Policy

• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear.
